Shipping and Sales Tax
Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service from the manufacturer's
warehouse within two to three business days. (More information below, in
the FAQ).
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to
addresses in Virginia, US only. No tax will be charged on
orders shipped outside the state of Virginia, US.

How can you offer such
low prices?
At The A Perfect Garden,
you take advantage of our direct relationship with the
manufacturers. We bring you their best products via the internet, and
they ship those products directly to your door. This completely
eliminates the retail store, and all those costly retail "overhead"
markups are gone forever!
How "up to date" are your
products?
The products we sell are
always the newest models and latest updates. We update our site with
the latest products as they become available from the manufacturer.
What about shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on
the costs charged to us by the manufacturer (shipping & handling) to
deliver the product directly to you from their warehouse. All products are
shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground..
When should I expect
delivery?
Virtually all our products
leave the warehouse by the second business day after you order; many times
it's faster than that. During heavy shopping seasons, it may take up to
three days to leave the warehouse. After the product leaves the warehouse,
standard UPS Ground and UPS Worldwide shipping times apply, which,
depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at the
time, is from three to seven business days within the USA, longer for
international shipments.
What about overnight
delivery?
Overnight and second and
third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. Please
bear in mind that it may take a day or two for the manufacturer to ship
the products from the warehouse in the first place.
What if I need warranty
service?
All of our suppliers
hold to the strictest standards of quality control, and all of our
products are fully warranted by the manufacturer. If by chance you receive
a product which is defective, the manufacturer's warranty information and
service address will be clearly marked on or in the package you receive.
If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved
by notifying UPS. If you ever have questions not answered by the
manufacturer or by UPS, please contact us at

What if I want to return
something?
Our products are top
quality merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you
just aren't happy with something you purchased, whether in a physical
store or online. You can return any item for any reason for a refund
within 30
days of receipt. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original
materials and packing. We do not charge a restocking fee, however the customer is
responsible for return shipping. To off set the cost of the return
shipping we will issue you a coupon for the amount of the shipping on your
next purchase of a similar priced item. (Please note...we do NOT resell returned
merchandise here on our web site). If you are returning a defective item,

How safe is my credit card
information?
When you buy from
A Perfect Garden, your credit card purchase is processed in real
time through Bank Card International, by secure eCommerce servers run by
Prostores, a division of Ebay. Then your order is encrypted with PGP before being
sent to APerfectGarden.net. Your card couldn't be safer!
